Required documents to start your application
Apply via ‘Apply now’ or contact us via email at info@thailandelite.net and submit soft copy of all required documents as follows,
1.1 Copy of identification page of your Passport and latest arrival stamp to Thailand i(if any)
*Passport must have at least 3 blank pages, must have at least 1 year validity on the date of application and applicant must not have over 1 time of overstayed record in Thailand
1.2 A high resolution color photo of applicant for your membership card(Plain background and face camera)
1.3 Completed application form, Download here (Photos taken by phone is acceptable)
1.4 For family membership, a proof of relationship of immediate family of Core Members is required.
