Who Is Eligible
The promotion is open to existing Thailand Elite Easy Access (EEA) and Elite Family Excursion (EFE) 5-year members. Two eligibility conditions apply:
- Original membership stage: the standard condition continues to apply — upgrades must be processed during years 1 to 4 of the original EEA or EFE membership, from the commencement date.
- Membership expiration date: for applications processed through Daimaru Trading under this promotional campaign, members whose memberships expire from 1 October 2027 onwards are eligible.
If your EEA or EFE membership expires between 18 June 2026 and 30 September 2027, you remain eligible for the promotion, but the application must be processed directly with Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd. through their direct sales channel — please contact them or their Japanese-language site in that case.
Why Upgrade From EEA or EFE
EEA and EFE were 5-year individual products under the legacy Thailand Elite Visa program. Platinum and Diamond, in the current Thailand Privilege program, extend the visa term significantly and open up family eligibility:
- Platinum (10 years): doubles the visa duration to 10 years and adds 35 Privilege Points per year. Family-eligible: spouse, children, and the primary member's own parents can be added as Next Members.
- Diamond (15 years): extends the visa to 15 years and adds 55 Privilege Points per year, with complimentary domestic flights and the same family eligibility, plus higher-tier service treatment.
For members originally on EEA or EFE for individual long-stay reasons whose circumstances have since changed — adding family members, planning a longer continuous stay, or simply wanting more years of visa stability — the upgrade pathway is the cleanest move. Standard Terms
- Members must submit a fully completed application form and all required documents within the campaign period.
- Incomplete applications or payments received after the specified deadline will not qualify for the promotional rate.
- The membership fee is non-refundable. In case of any dispute, the decision of Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd. shall be final.
- The new membership will be activated 10 days before the original membership expiration date in accordance with Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd.'s membership administration criteria.
