On Saturday, 30 May 2026, Daimaru Trading hosted the Tokyo session of the Japan Road Show 2026 — a Thailand long-stay seminar organized by Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd. and operated by Daimaru Trading, with the support of the Tourism Authority of Thailand. The event was held in the main banquet hall at ANA InterContinental Tokyo in Akasaka, and opened with an address from Kn. Manatase, President of Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd., before five subject-matter sessions across tourism, immigration, the Thailand Privilege program, healthcare, and overseas taxation.
Opening Address
The afternoon opened with welcome remarks from Kn. Manatase, President of Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd., who travelled from Bangkok to meet the Japanese audience in person. The opening framed the day's program: why Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd. — a state enterprise under the Tourism Authority of Thailand — has invested in a multi-city Japan Road Show every year since 2022, and what kind of long-stay member Thailand is welcoming in 2026.
The Five Sessions
Tokyo's two-hour program kept the five-session format that has run every year since 2022. Each session was delivered in Japanese by a working professional in the field — built for guests already weighing Thailand as a long-stay base.

The Speakers
Inside the Venue
The Tokyo session took place at ANA InterContinental Tokyo in the Akasaka district of Minato-ku — a contemporary banquet hall layout with a centre aisle, a raised speaker stage, and projector screens flanking the front. The room was set for a Japanese-speaking audience, with bilingual signage at the entrance and dedicated stations for the five partner organizations.
Registration & Reception
Reception was set up right outside the hall. The Daimaru Trading team handled check-in and seating in Japanese, and the welcome table held the day's agenda, the Thailand Privilege tier sheet, and brochures from each partner organization.
